Recognizing the critical importance of creating an inclusive environment for ALVIRA employees, we affirm our commitment to the Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) Policy and its strict implementation. - The D&I policy implemented at ALVIRA is based on the International Bill of Human Rights, the ILO Declaration on Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work, the UN Global Compact principles, and the Sustainable Development Goals.

Ensuring D&I across all management levels
In its efforts to ensure sociocultural diversity within its governing bodies, ALVIRA regularly reviews the composition of the Supervisory Board against D&I criteria. Based on the results, candidates are proposed for appointment to promote or maintain diversity. Candidates are selected based on their knowledge, experience, and professional qualifications.
